To that end, we’re offering a new “sweet service subscription” structure (nice alliteration, eh, mom?)
Headache-free zone
Your subscription will automatically charge your card/paypal each month until you cancel it. You can switch subscriptions at any point, but we recommend at the end/start of a new cycle. (remember, this is “headache-free” service, that means for you AND us!) Some months you win, some months we win… it all works out in the end.
Once you HAVE a website, you can’t just leave it sitting there, alone and unattended. It’s kind of like a house plant… if you ignore it, it will wither away and die. If you feed it, it will flourish and bring you joy.
So we’ve created our “sweet service subscriptions” to help with upkeep.
It works like this – you decide what you want from us, you choose a subscription and activate (pay for) it.
These subscriptions carry a minimum 3-month commitment. You can cancel anytime after that.
Then we just git’er done! You send us your updates, changes, requests… we do ‘em. For the more advanced subscriptions we’ll probably correspond a bit, hammer out some details, agree on some tasks… but we’re not putting the clock on. If we feel the subscription isn’t a fit, one of us will bring it up… otherwise, let’s assume everyone is happy.

This is a little of this and a little of that – we keep you in our radar all the time, and promote you here, there and wherever we find that’s appropriate. It’s a cooperative effort, you supply us with (or we work together on) some marketing materials and then we fly at it. Sometimes we’ll send you links to things you really need to handle personally, and the rest we’ll look after.

This package includes simple updates to your existing site – eg. add a new event or three, update a few pages, change some dates or data, publishing your regular newsletter… like the name suggests, BASIC STUFF. Day-to-day & monthly maintenance of your online presence… on the fly, as you request it (we’ll do our very best to do it within 24 hours of your request). Includes phone calls, emails, whatever you need… Special Projects are outside the realm of this package.

includes Basic maintenance, plus a weekly check-in on your analytics and tweaking your optimization. Also includes some social media marketing and regular blasting out through Social Buzz Club to get you “out there” and boost your traffic.
All Maintenance packages include submitting your site to appropriate directories & portals, basic Search Engine Optimization on new content, and social media integration.
One timers
If we’re just starting our relationship, there are probably some one-time things that are going to happen.
We always do an initial assessment for free, so we know what we’re working with and can accurately estimate work requirements.
After the initial assessment, there’s often one of the following scenarios:
- Your site needs an “emergency repair” service to fix something that’s broken.
- Your site needs a general update because contact, copyright or service information is out of date.
- Your site needs a complete overhaul because it’s full of broken links, out-of-date information, and missing content…
- You simply want something new and fresh to help attract new business.
- You want to be able to update it yourself and not have to rely on a “webmaster”.
