gilakas’la / čɛčɛ haθɛč,

I am grateful and honoured to live, work, gather, and contribute on the Unceded Traditional Territory of the K’omoks First Nation, the traditional keepers of this land and waters. Specifically I reside on taystayič (Inner island), also known as Denman Island. Here in the Salish Sea this area has been occupied, stewarded, kept and protected for millenia by the Pentlatch, Ieeksan (eye-ick-sun), Sasitla (sa-seet-la), Sathloot (sath-loot), and Xa’xe (ha-hey) people.
